Absolutely not. Therapists and psychologists specialize in treating mental illness.

While I have great strategies for conditions like ADHD, people pleasing, conflict avoidance, and other ‘maladaptive’ behavioral patterns, I don’t treat mental illness.

You can spend nine years with a therapist or 90 days with me. If you just need someone to listen, a therapist is a great choice. If you have a mental illness, a therapist is definitely a better choice. If you want real, meaningful, lasting change, that’s what I do. The choice is yours.
