How is Visionary Alignment different from executive coaching or business consulting?
The difference is results and speed. Most consultants fix processes. Most coaches work on mindset. Visionary Alignment does both, using a systems-based, engineering approach (built on a chemical engineering background) that identifies the actual root cause, not just the visible symptom, so the change sticks instead of unraveling in six months.
Is this therapy, or do you work like a therapist or psychologist?
No. Therapists and psychologists are trained to diagnose and treat mental illness. That is not this work. Visionary Alignment works with high-achievers who are already performing at a high level and want to remove the internal friction (fear, blind spots, misplaced loyalty, emotional patterns) that’s quietly costing them the next level, in their business and their relationships.
