Background
Jason is working hard to get past the letter “C” in the alphabet, but it’s not looking good…
Top Military School Cadet
At the age of 15, Jason talked his parents into sending him to military school where he quickly started winning every competition he could find, including Best New Cadet of the Month, Best New Cadet of the Year, Best New Cadet of the Corps of Cadets, Best NCO, and Best Senior NCO.
As a platoon sergeant he was in charge of leading 21 cadets 24 hours per day and served on the cadre staff.
He graduated early and moved to Mexico to learn Spanish at an intensive language school.
Recruited by the CIA | International Perspective
In 1993, Jason was flown from his military school to Washington, D.C. as the sole delegate to the National Youth Leadership Forum on Security and Defense. Upon arrival, he was interviewed by the Central Intelligence Agency and met with leaders from the Pentagon, the National War College, U.S. Department of State, and U.S. Naval Academy.
Despite not pursuing a career with the agency, Jason traveled to and/or lived in foreign countries, including Mexico, the Middle East, Central America, Europe, Russia and Asia.
He is also trained in the combat martial art of Pekiti Tirsia Kali.
Chemical Engineer
Chemical engineering is about solving complex problems that have high stakes and little room for mistakes.
Jason started with a class of 143 and finished in the top of his class of just 12 students (while working full-time during his senior year).
Jason worked with Eastman Chemical Company and Intel Corporation as a process engineer. He added $1B in total capacity through several innovative solutions which reduced bottlenecks, improved quality, cut costs and reduced cycle times.
Commercial Real Estate
Jason grew up in multifamily commercial real estate with three generations of his family in the business. Following his work at Intel Corporation, Jason became a Senior Associate of Office Leasing and Sales in the Phoenix Metro area, executing the fastest leasing deal his brokerage had seen for a new agent.
While there, Jason automated the transaction paperwork process, reducing the time required per deal from over four hours to just 15 minutes.
Consultant
Following the birth of his first daughter, Jason decided it was time choose a field that would allow him to continue to solve challenging problems while actively showing up for his kids.
Combining his leadership skills, entrepreneurial upbringing, and relentless problem-solving skills, Jason started consulting with SMBs and organizations. He solved problems ranging from turnaround situations, creating and executing go to market (GTM) strategies which established market dominance for new entrants, and automation to drive efficiency and quality.
Coach
After working for nearly a decade as a consultant, Jason realized many of the external problems he was being called in to solve were a downstream effect of the blindspots and outdated strategies held by the founders and leadership team.
He now coaches high-achievers and high-performers to create external and internal success using his proprietary Visionary Alignment process.
