2. Confidentiality: We respect the privacy of our clients. We hold all information shared during coaching sessions in strict confidence, except when there may be a risk of harm to the client or others.

3. Respect: We honor the values, rights, decisions, and dignity of all individuals. We foster a non-judgmental coaching relationship built on mutual trust and respect.

4. Integrity: We are honest and transparent in our actions. We only make promises we can fulfill and avoid giving false or misleading information.

5. Non-Discrimination: We treat all clients equitably. We do not discriminate based on age, gender, race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, or sexual orientation.

6. Boundaries: We maintain clear boundaries between the professional and personal relationship with our clients. We do not exploit the coaching relationship for personal, professional, or financial gain.

7. Conflict of Interest: We promptly disclose any potential conflicts of interest. We manage them in a way that ensures fairness and protects the client's interests.

8. Compliance with Laws: We comply with all relevant laws and regulations related to our coaching services and business operations.
